TURKEY September / October 2 weeks

After several successful trips to Turkey, we will organize a cruise along the South shore of Turkey. This is a wonderful area with a lot of historic sites on land and also very rewarding for sailing along the coast. Sidetrips to Istanbul, Ephesus etc. are possible.

Departure Marina: Marmaris

Nearest Airport: Dalaman with connections to Istanbul

Itinerary: The Lycian Coast.

We will depart towards the city of Ekincik. With a local boat we will go up the river to the ancient fort of Caunos. The famous "Rock Tombs" are located nearby. After lunch in the Dalyan village, a mud bath and a visit to the large inland lake will clean our skin and refresh us. Fethiye and the large gulf is giving a lot of opportunities to anchor or visit the nearby historic villages. Kalkan, Kas and Finike are further destinations if the wind conditions allow to go that far. Return to Marmaris.

Price per week: $ 1150.00 per person. Includes boat charter, linens, pillows, towels.

Not included are food, beverages, diesel fuel marina fees and end cleaning .
